2. To be admitted to Gladsheim Kindred, a prospective member shall be at least twenty-one years of age, and shall Profess sole religious faith in the AEsir and Vanir.
3. All members of Gladsheim Kindred shall have an equal voice in the affairs and administration of the Kindred. Members agree to take part from time to time in business meetings at which questions concerning the Kindred shall be decided by majority vote.
4. A three-fourths vote of Kindred members shall be required to admit a new member, to amend this Charter, or to expel a member from the Kindred.
5. The Kindred shall hold a service dedicated to the AEsir and Vanir at least once during each month of the calendar year. The Secretary shall be responsible for scheduling and chairing Kindred business meetings, and for Kindred communications with outside individuals and organizations.
10. All Kindred offices shall be filled by Kindred members, appointed by majority vote of the membership. The offices shall be renewed each calendar year. In the event that the Kindred should ever be dissolved, the Treasurer shall be responsible for the donation of Kindred funds to a nonprofit Germanic religious organization.
11. Although faith in the AEsir and Vanir is the modern rebirth of the religion of the Germanic Northmen, Gladsheim Kindred acknowledges that the Gods and Godesses of the North call whom They will, and that ethnicity, race, origin and physical condition have no bearing upon any personís ability to Profess and practice faith in Them.
The chartering members of Gladsheim Kindred invoke the blessings of the AEsir and Vanir upon this gathering.
Founded on the 8th of December, 1996 C.E., the twenty-fourth year of the modern rebirth of the religion of the North.
